Following a change in ownership and a shift to remote operations, Innerspin Marketing needed messaging that reflected its evolution from traditional agency to agile, senior-led collective.
As copywriter for the rebrand, I developed the messaging strategy and web copy that repositioned Innerspin as "The Inner Circle" — emphasizing intimate client relationships over big-agency bureaucracy. I helped underscore the agency's collaborative philosophy with the tagline "We'll meet you where you are" and messaging pillars like "Strategic, by design" and "You have an agency," differentiating Innerspin's personalized approach.
The new brand voice balanced confidence with approachability, speaking directly to clients who valued senior-level attention and creative partnership. Ultimately, the refresh honored Innerspin's heritage while signaling its new chapter — defined by agility, transparency, and the kind of creative confidence that comes from working with seasoned professionals.
